Unusual angles puzzles show ordinary objects from a viewpoint you never normally see: straight down the inside of a roll of tape, underneath a chair, or edge on to a stack of paper. The object itself is often easy, but the angle hides it completely.

In a close-up picture quiz, what makes these hard is that your brain recognises things by their usual outline, and these shots remove it. Try rotating the image in your head, or imagine walking around it. Circles might be tubes seen end on, long stripes could be edges of flat sheets, and strong shadows usually show where the object meets a table or wall.
