Shipping & Returns

Our t-shirts are printed on demand by our production partner Gelato and shipped worldwide. This page explains how long delivery takes, what it costs, and how to return an item if you change your mind or it arrives faulty.

Production & Dispatch

Every order is made to order. We aim to dispatch within 2 working days of receiving payment. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery Times & Costs

Shipping is a flat rate per destination zone, shown clearly in your cart and at checkout before you pay. Estimated delivery is from dispatch (orders ship within 2 working days of payment).

Times are indicative and exclude weekends, bank holidays, and any delays in customs. Customers outside the UK are responsible for any local import duties or taxes.

Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU consumers)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (and equivalent EU consumer law) you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

To exercise this right, email wots@wotsthat.com with your order reference and we'll send you return instructions. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.

We'll refund the price of the item and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of return), using the same payment method you used to pay.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, contact us at wots@wotsthat.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo and your order reference. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Sizing

Because each shirt is printed to order, we can't accept returns for size exchanges unless the item is faulty. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up.

Order Tracking

You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 working days of ordering, please email wots@wotsthat.com.
